The environment where you can challenge and grow on my own

After graduating from Department of Fisheries, I joined Kinoshita Fishing Net because I like fishing and ocean and I wanted to work on fishery field.

After realizing my wish, I am mainly in charge of fishing net sales. My sales area is mainly based on domestic and overseas in fisheries. Domestically, the places that I am in charge of are ranged from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.

As s fish lover, I just have to say it is fun to go to fishing ports of all over the place. Our company is not so big, but there are many types of works that I have to take care of by myself. I am in charge of sales, however I can also do the research and development (R&D) and advertising materials as well as design and system of fishing gear. Some can say it is hard thing to do depending on how you think, but the working environment where you can challenge and grow on your own is truly attractive.

In addition, this company gives me more chance to proceed any of my work and suggestion, and at the same time I might have more responsibilities on those work I suggest, but when I make those projects work well, I can’t say how much I’m happy with that.
