When there is recession time with job finding, I was referred by an employee of human resource department of the company.
I thought that our company cares people. After joining the company, my manager and seniors took care of me
and sometimes called me like “charming person.”. I have been assigned to new jobs and learned that it is important to challenge anything you are facing with. I thought our company has a corporate culture that trusts and leaves it up
to employees. It is very important that you do have managers or colleagues who can understand and trust you in addition to your own motivation that you can contribute to the organization.
They trusted me always so all that
hard work paid off. You always have your manager closer to you so that it is so all very easy to corporate your work with the all the time. It is very unique industry that provides materials to the fisheries industry, but it is very
rewarding and enjoyable work because it cherishes trust. My goal is to become an irreplaceable person in the fisheries industry. Therefore, I would like to expand my domestic and international network as well as my assigned area. The
happiest time about doing this is when I heard that my customers could catch a lot of fish using our net which is manufactured by our company.
