This is my third years working for our company after graduating from a local fisheries high school.

Thanks to my managers and seniors- because they are always listening to me seriously when I ask them for advice, I have worked in a very easy-to-work environment without any doubt.

I am working in the knotless net making department. There are many things to watch out for because machines are running 24/7 in the factory, so I always think about safety-first when I work on.

Now, for the 3 years, I have been getting used to work, and I have been able to do more things and I have had a lot more work. It was hard but I felt rewarded for my work and I became more confident as time progresses.

The fishing industry is important not only in Japan but also over the world, and the fishing nets are used for it is an indispensable tool. I am so proud of that I could be involved in the fishing industry. I am still uninitiate, but I would like to keep trying to contribute to our company and the fishing industry.
