I was somewhat embarrassed at the time of joining the company because a fishing net is a special product and I have no experience in making fishing nets. However, I have improved my experience with the help of my manager and seniors and as a result, I was able to take on responsibility for things that I have to do and that are given to me.

I am in charge of a large machine called a heat-treatment machine that adjusts the mesh size and make a net stronger by adding heat. It is difficult to adjust temperature conditions and machine speed depending on the type of nets and difficult to handle a machine safely. I feel very happy and fulfilled when I can adjust nets that I cannot adjust easily as I want on with my experience and sense.

I had a chance to visit our major business partner and listen to their explanations about how they make nets and produced nets are used from net experts. When I was praised for the nets I worked on, I was very happy because our customers were satisfied with them.

I have had a valuable and wonderful experience in our company. I would like to say that I am delighted to be able to work for our company building up various experiences.
